Our Company went to Heartland bank to receive a loan. We were treated terribley and they had no Customer Service skills. I do not recommend doing business with this bank.

I HOPE THAT I CAN WRITE YOU PEOPLE THIS LETTER TO YOU MY HUSBAND HAS A VAN THAT HE GOT FROM STARS CARS WELL YOU ARE TAKING MONEY FROM HIS ACCOUNT BY DOING THAT IT MESS UP HIS ACCOUNT WELL HE TOLD ME TO TELL YOU THAT WE WILL BE MAKING THE PAYMENT OURSELF AND IT WILL BE ON THE 28th OF EVERY MONTH

I have used a this cashland 3 times now and have found them to be friendly, professional, and easy to deal with!

It is nice to be able to cash a check and it be cashed two weeks later.

Very good service at this branch! best part is getting your cancelled checks back.

The tellers here are very helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to resolve any issues or answer any questions you may have.

Wonderful friendly service at the Lakewood location. I've tried a few other short term loan companies and none come even close to meeting the needs of their customers.

I havent been a memeber of this bank more than a few months and everyone knows my name. They treat me good, and if I have a problem with my account 99.9% of the time its my fault ok so far 100% has been my fault.

I don't live in Cincinnati anymore, so I have inconveniences with a local bank but guess what? My local bank is still Kemba because they're COMPETENT! Heard my friends say I am so mad at my bank, they. - I've only had 1 issue with Kemba in about 10 years. Wish I could say that for every company

This credit union is awesome! I have my mortgage payment automatically deducted from my WPCU checking account each month. This past month, my mortgage company rejected my mortgage payment because of an encoding error on their end. The company actually wanted to charge me $100 for a late payment

Everyone at the bank is so professional and friendly! And on top of that, the best rates of all the banks I shopped. I will definitely reccommend them to everone I know!

I love the crew at the Englewood Branch. Jim Morrison, Becky and the rest of the gang are all very friendly and helpful. I do all my banking there now, I got rid of my accounts at other banks in the area. I'm all Code now!

They are open late all week! Mon-wed 9-4:30pm, Thursday + Friday 9-7pm! Saturday 9-2

This is so awesome! I walked in and found exactly what I wanted. Even when I didn't get it, I asked for the price and was told that the price could be worked out. I absolutely love this and it's within walking distance of my house! _

First loan intrest free and the store was clean and in a good location. Toni was helpfull with all my questions and will go back again for a loan.
