Time is money and you will waste both dealing with this company. Everything that is mentioned in their profile is totally the opposite. They will make you jump through hoops to prove yourself and then will set up a program that will set you up for failure, meaning that they will increase the rates and points (other than what is specified on their website and way above market average) as well as tack on additional fees way above the loan amount that you requested and roll it all in the loan amount so that you will have to pay interested on everything. They told me that they needed to add an additional $27k to my loan amount just in case something happens there would be extra money to cover it.
They will also make you pay for the appraisal fee, and with everything and the appraisal being solid, instead of saying that they don’t have the money to fund, they will tell you that you need additional credentials, but something way out of reach and if so was the case, they should have told you up front when they first reviewed your files. With that being said don't waste your time with them, because they will waste you money and drag you through a long process run around process and will do it with no integrity at all.
With all being said, I immediately partnered with another company that is definitely at the top of their game and closed my deal within a week and half with no hassle and no run around.
